    The Canada Mosaic Lottery Cultural Fund would contribute to cultural programs in Calgary with a unique lottery based on the numerical values of Pi: 3.1415926535. There is also a mosaic template that I have personally created from the value of Pi that is an original to the entire international Art Community. The mosaic template could be used to create the: Largest Mosaic in Canada based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Also as a museum and art gallery collection for the modern arts. The Canada Mosaic Lottery Cultural Fund could also be used to create and build a Modern Cultural Museum for the Contemporary Arts in Calgary, possibly with an Educational Center for the Arts in Partnership with all the major cultural organizations in Calgary. This would be the catalyst in 2012 - 2112 for creating Calgary, Alberta, Canada as the Cultural Centre of Canada for the next 100 years. The USA (American) States: Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis in St. Louis, Missouri. With over 41 million tile mosaic tesserae pieces: This is also one of the Largest Mosaic Collections on Earth. Some other current events news is the Largest Clock Tower on the Planet Earth, 2010 as part of the Saudi Arabia Hotel Design and Holy City of Mecca: With over 90 Million Glass Tile Mosaic Pieces. With the Canada Mosaic Lottery Cultural Fund in Calgary Alberta Canada The Largest Mosaic on the Planet Earth would be in a cultural class of all civilization on Earth. Something that would contribute to Calgary 2012 as the Cultural Capital of Canada.
